To Simpsonville
Hey friends,

Thanks for all your comments on the last post. I'm excited to see what you're already doing to minister to one another.

I'd still like to hear your ideas on a different name.

I'm off to present Dare to be DANGEROUS in SImpsonville, SC.
I'm really excited about what the Lord is doing behind the scenes to prepare all our hearts to receive His message.

I'm taking my camera and will post some pictures from this event when I return.

It's the weekend friends, how will you be spending your time?

Just wanted you to know I have been true to my commitment to de-junk my home. Last night I cleaned out two junk drawers in my kitchen and organized the mail/phone counter. It was like a breath of fresh air coming down this morning to an organized space!!

I also cleaned off my desk. After two weekends in a row of speaking, you can well imagine the pile-up. Now this morning I am ready to open up a file on a chapter in the book I am working on-- because I have space and can THINK rather than be overwhelemed. Hurray!!

I have just prayed for you on your weekend. I'm sure your audience will be blessed by your enthusiasm and warm heart. "My word which goes forth from my mouth will not return to me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it." Isa 55:11. You are the messenger, God is the power behind the words. Go to it, girl!!

Oh how I love your "Dare to be Dangerous" message....still disappointed I couldn't get a copy of that message at She Speaks. Praying many women will be encouraged through you this weekend. May the Lord annoint you and use you mightily for His glory.

How will I be spending my weekend? Well, unless God works a miracle, I will be exactly where I have been for the past eleven days - beside my Daddy's bedside in a hospital room. Praying today will be the day we see a breakthrough.

Hugs & love,
Joy
