Well my sweet friend....why do I want to win your giveaway? One, I have never read "My Heart's Cry". I just took a trip over to Amazon. Zoe, the exerpt from that book, "More of His Voice in my Ear", was exactly what I needed to read right now. The blog post I just wrote a couple of days ago was about feeling like I'm living in a soundproof room. God is taking a sabbatical of silence and I'm longing to hear Him speak. Good morning! I would love to read this book...I have heard about one chapter in the book which is my heart's cry today: "His Love in My Home" as things are a little upside down here right now. I have never had a journal but have heard that it is very beneficial to my walk with Jesus. And I would certainly enjoy a piece of jewelry to remind me that I am a Princess (in God's eyes)!

When my husband and I met for the first time (we traded emails), I met him at a coffee shop with a rose in a book. When we got married, my bridesmaids carried a single rose inside the pages of a nice journal. On the inside front pages, I wrote a personal note to each of them. I love jewerly, but I also love journals. I've been trying to get into journal writing or at the very least writing down the bits and pieces that come to me through the day. I'm always interested in drawing closer to Jesus. I'm a very unfocused person who is learning to focus.
I love to read and I love to journal as well. I am on a spiritual retreat this month and am thoroughly enjoying having the opportunity to do both.

This is such a neat idea, this Carnival Give Away, it reminds me of going into a special store tucked away along the highway. Surprises at every turn as one walks down the aisles. I love books about God and how to get closer to Him. I think that journaling is one of the best ways to pray and to hear God's answer. It's also a good way to document your transformation for your kids to read later or perhaps write your own story! And jewelry...well that goes without speaking!

It would be neat to win this book! The title sounds like what I am doing now. I have been on a 40 day fruit & veggie fast crying out to go to change me. My verses are Psalms 51:10-12, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. I have been wanting to journal now for a while and would love a new book to read that speaks to my broken heart..
I love books, especially books about Jesus. I love Him, it constantly amazes me that He loves me! I would love (do you sense a theme here with all the love?) to learn more about how to have Him in every nook and cranny of my life! As for the other things, well, I am a girl! ;o)

Hello Zoe: Wow the book sounds amazing. God has me journaling these days so the journal sounds amazing too and who needs to say anything over jewelry...LOL! I feel that I am in a place of transition, others may call in a passing through the dessert and I believe that I would greatly benefit from winning this book! I would greatly appreciate your consideration and promise to love you in Christ anyway even if I don't receive it...LOL!
I have enjoyed another book by Anne Graham Lotz and would like to read this one. As for the journal, I just finished breast cancer treatments and have made a decision to journal this journey. It is scary facing the future - I do know God is with me

"My Heart's Cry" was my grandmother's favorite book. I think that she read it at least a couple of hundred times. She has Alzheimers now and doesn't read or remember much anymore, but that book still makes me think of her. I think that book will change any life open to reading it. Thanks for this giveaway.

I would love to win your giveaway to have a faith-based book to read while soaking in my nightly bath (my alone time!) I love to journal, and am actually thinking about beginning one for my daughter for when she gets older, so it would be great to have a journal to write down all of my life lessons learned and such for her. Plus, jewelry...well, I just really like jewelry - ha ha!

Why would I love to win? Who wouldn't. I read an excerpt from the book and it sounds fabulous, i have made a new committment to journaling, and jewelry is always nice:)
Why do I want to win? So many reasons! Being a stay-at-home/homeschooling mom to my four blessings, sometimes the P31 ministry is my only sanity! lol. It is so uplifting and encouraging that I keep coming back for more. I am a BIG reader, but have not yet read "My Heart's Cry." I would love to win, read it and pass it on to women in my church. The journal, I have not journeled since being a teen and have recently decided to start again. I am so excited to do so! And jewelry, oh girl I LOVE me some jewelry! ;)

I would LOVE to have a new journal to log my prayer requests. I like to write them down so that I can look back later and see how God hears our cries, answers in His time, in His way....and to see His amazing faithfulness to all of His promises.

Oh my, why? I would use the journal for my devotions, and I do need a new one so that is why I want the journal. Why the book?
