Okay my friends,
Here are today's results:
The Dr's scales said I didn't loose weight but I did loose 3 inches!!
My scales however showed a 1 pound loss.
So the running total is 9 1/2 pounds and 8 inches in 3 weeks
Oh well.... It's all good in the hood

Hope you have a wonderful weekend. We have our Winter Interlude, Ladies Day at the church tomorrow. Lysa and Holly came last year. It was SO much fun! This year we have Lori Salierno, CEO of Celebrate Life International, from Georgia. Anticipating great things. Know God has directed the day. I think we'll end up with about 400 ladies. SO exciting. Trusting Him.
